Products from this site are being shipped to you, the buyer/user of this site, from premises not located at the address listed for this website home. Communications with these suppliers necessitates any cancellations be made as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing an order to make any changes to your order before being shipped out. Guarantee of any changes made to your order outside of this 24 hour window cannot/will not be made by us.

Product Satisfaction

Your business is appreciated. If you are not satisfied with an item due to product defect, you may return it and it will be replaced or exchanged pending the conditions of your need to return (i.e. color choice requested not correct, defect in product-broken or damaged, etc.). Credits or refunds are determined on an individual basis if no exchange or substitution of the product is available. Exchanges, substitutions or credit/refunds for any product will only be made within 30 days from the purchase of the item. Any personalized, monogrammed, or custom items are non-returnable. The customer/user/buyer must submit by email or via "Contact Us" page with their order instructions for exact personalization/customization at the time of order placement in order to be as accurate as possible. Due to the possibility of typographical or human errors by the product manufacturer, Hit The Trails Store disclaims responsibility for such errors.

All products and/or prices on all products are subject to change without notice. Every effort will be made to update the prices on products contained within this site or remove products that are no longer available to you as per the suppliers stock available to them for shipping. If a product is found as discontinued (no longer available to the public) during your ordering of it, you will be able to substitute for another product of similar make and quality or refund of that purchase price will be made.


Due to products shipping from different suppliers, there may be times when one or more products reach you in different packages and at differing times from one another even though products are ordered at the same time. Hitthetrailsstore.com does not control shipping times and therefore cannot guarantee deliveries for specific time frames.

Due to the ongoing use of and increase of internet business due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, "normal" shipping times are increased by many suppliers for periods of up to an additional two weeks. Please allow for the increased shipping times by ordering as early as possible.
